I contacted the TUI travel agency in Sursee by email with all our ideas for our honeymoon in September 2025. Nicole Imfeld gave us excellent advice. Her response times were very quick, and her answers were comprehensive and knowledgeable. Thanks to her advice and recommendations, we were able to quickly and spontaneously decide on our dream trip. Booking the trip at the Sursee branch was also very quick, and any remaining questions were answered.
Actually, it's difficult to evaluate this time. I was at the travel agency and then received an email, but somehow the offers didn't suit me. The first ones I received included flight offers, but I didn't mention any flight offers...so why? Why not? I received a second email with offers, but somehow they didn't suit me at all, because I wrote to Eastern Switzerland and got Ticino, Italy... Maybe I should try a different travel agency. Too bad.

Unfortunately disappointing, zero goodwill gesture. Information from the app and travel documents doesn't match. TUI doesn't admit the mistake. Additional costs were incurred.
