I love the philosophy of the owners, back to the roots, use only plain, good quality ingredients. You will find no palm oil in the whole shop, just delicious baked goods with butter, egg, flour etc. No E ingrediemts. It is extremely delicious and absolutely worth the price. When they are closed you can still buy stuff outside self service.
