I was pleasantly surprised to find a cooler manufacturer with a showroom right around the corner. The advice is excellent, the selection is huge, and deciding which cooler to buy isn't easy.
Thank you so much for the Wemo Y16P cooler – it's a fantastic product! I really enjoyed watching the YouTube video and learned a lot about it. Plus, it's great value for money! I installed it in my VW Multivan T5 with the opening facing backwards so the cable isn't in the way and my laptop bag fits better. I set the power on to HI (12.6V cut-in voltage). When I'm out on the road for the day, I enjoy a cold beer with my last client – and some fresh fruit in between ;-) I'd be happy to share some pictures.
After 5 years, the compressor cool box stopped working. A visit to Wemo and the unit was repaired within an hour at a very fair price. Excellent customer service and many thanks to Mr. Monhard.
Excellent customer service! I previously bought a refrigerator for my campervan from Wemo, and at the time I received very friendly and competent advice. I'm still happy with it. Now, I've gone to Wemo with a completely discharged battery (from Wemo, but not purchased through them), which the seller deemed "beyond saving." They got it working again as best they could within just a few hours! (Even though I didn't buy a new one from them). Five stars for that!
Top-notch staff and owner, plus an exceptionally friendly and helpful team. When I mentioned how I wanted the refrigerator installed, the owner even included all the necessary hardware (free of charge!). The refrigerator works perfectly, the price/performance ratio is excellent, and the helpful videos are a great help if anything is unclear. I'm completely satisfied; this is how shopping should be. Highly recommended.
