In our housing development, BOWAG initially delivered incorrect doors for all apartments, which warped, leaked, and became moldy. After nearly two years, we finally managed to get replacements, but the saga was far from over. There were problems with the door hardware, incorrect cylinders, poor installation, delays, lack of communication, and so on. Today, almost four years after the building's completion, not all defects have been rectified. For example, the door thresholds are unusable and moldy.
