My experience with this auto repair shop in Wiler was extremely negative and absolutely unacceptable. I bought a car there that turned out to be a complete money pit. The serious engine damage didn't appear immediately, but gradually after the purchase. That's precisely why I had the car undergo an additional technical inspection. This inspection clearly revealed that the car had significant hidden defects and that the error codes had been deliberately cleared from the engine control unit to conceal the problems at the time of sale. These faults could only reappear after a certain period of use. The result was shocking: The repair costs even exceeded the purchase price of the car. A car in this condition should never have been sold. When I contacted the repair shop to demand an explanation or a solution, they denied all responsibility. They completely evaded responsibility, showed no willingness to compromise, and offered no solution. I have rarely experienced such an unprofessional and dishonest attitude. I feel deceived and cheated. I cannot recommend this repair shop in any way. I am writing this review to warn other buyers: Be extremely careful, as the problems are not necessarily visible at the time of purchase, but only appear later when it is already too late.
I bought an Opel Crossland X with hail damage in 2021. Mr. Witschi, the seller, had my 4-year-old Suzuki Ignis trade-in car with a repaired rear end (from Baumann Carossosserie Burgdorf) repaired by a specialist. He charged me far too much for this. Keep your eyes peeled when buying a car! The seller never got back to me, despite my great interest in the Opel. I didn't request a contract; I drew it up myself. He charged me far too much for my immaculate car, making it a good deal: Beware of these rip-offs! Bring local experts with you when buying.
I bought a car there. I was told about false defects and the car was talked up. I only discovered hidden defects. Garage Wiler is not recommended.

Great garage. Good service, reasonable prices. They actually repair things, they don't just replace parts. They also have very good prices for new tires including fitting. Highly recommended. They know a lot about different models. They also offer affordable vehicle inspections. They work quickly and reliably.
