We've had our boat with Patrick and his team at the boatyard for a year now and we're absolutely thrilled! For years, I had my fishing boat, which has a basic diesel engine, serviced by MC-Service. So I scheduled it for an emissions test as well. I immediately received an appointment, which was then canceled the very next day. They said they wouldn't have time for it for about three months. Apparently, with the change of ownership, they're trying to streamline their customer base to focus on high-end boats and high-end clients. How else can you explain that they can't even spare two or three hours for an old boat within three months?
