Hello, you contacted me 10 months after I gave my review 🤣. This clearly shows how much you care about customers. When I called your company, the person who answered was particularly unpleasant and did not want to answer my question, which was not complicated. She asked me to call back a premium rate number, which I did not do. Finally, I contacted the vehicle approval body in France, they were much more helpful, polite and efficient than you.

They want CHF 2 per minute for "advice." I don't need advice. I have a very simple question. But of course, you don't earn anything from an email. I suspect that if I call them, I'll end up like the other person who feels absolutely ripped off and didn't get any information. Luckily, I didn't call. Switzerland is simply a third-world country when it comes to cars. You can see that there's no lobby here to counteract such monopolies.
Unfortunately, you're immediately referred to a paid hotline. No replies to emails. And when I have questions about an incorrect power reduction (35kW instead of 25kW according to the measurement), it's incredibly frustrating.
