On December 8th, shortly before 5 p.m., we had the problem that we couldn't even manually close our electric garage door. G&G Solutions GmbH didn't install it for us, but they were the only company around who could help us quickly, friendly, and competently. This meant we didn't have to freeze over the weekend.
