Horrible service, borderline scam tactics. Absolute disaster of a company. My girlfriend, unfortunately, is a tenant there and working with them seems impossible. Watch them threaten legal action for „defamation“. Absolute joke. Update: Swiss Estates AG’s response accusing me of being anonymous and acting illegally is absurd. This review is posted from my real Google account, and I’m describing a real and provable experience, which is fully protected under Art. 16 of the Swiss Constitution (freedom of expression). Their threats are just a way to silence criticism. They routinely ignore calls, and when you ask to be connected to the person responsible, they put you on hold and then hang up. Emails are either left unanswered or met with excuses like “we didn’t receive the attachment” — even when it’s clearly there. If needed, we can prove everything: payment confirmations were sent, calls were made — nothing in this review is made up. This is exactly the kind of pattern others have reported: no accountability, no professionalism, just legal intimidation tactics. I stand by my review, and I encourage others to speak up too.

When I lived at one of their rentals, they were somewhat responsive if I had an issue. If it revolved around money that they owed or I owed (for broken heating/lift/sending back deposit/explaining invoices that I allegedly owed them money), it was as if they disappeared. I've called and emailed them to ask them for an explanation about an invoice I received from three years ago and I have yet to receive an explanation. Instead they sent me a mahnung. They are unprofessional with how they handle financial matters, which is a shame because my living experience was pretty good. Their finances are chaos and completely mismanaged.

A very pleasant and professional company. We are renting and they respond promptly, quickly, and reliably. There's always someone available by phone. !! ATTENTION !! Not to be confused with "Suisse Estates GmbH" I don't understand the previous reviews, but presumably because they refer to the slightly differently spelled company "Suisse Estates GmbH," where the reviews are the same, including those regarding phone accessibility. Swiss Estates AG (not GmbH) is definitely reachable by phone and very friendly and accommodating! Just give them a try, and read the information a little more carefully.

Unfortunately, we had the exact same experience as other reviewers. We moved into a defective apartment that wasn't finished. For weeks, we've been on the phone with the construction management, the financing company, and the property management, and nobody seems to care. I work from home, and we don't even have internet in the building. The electricity doesn't work in two rooms, and the heating can't be regulated. These are just a few examples from a long list of defects. Absolutely appalling 😔 Update: We moved out after nine months.

I can only confirm the existing comments. Without registered letters, they don't do anything. When asked for explanations, the answer is "we don't have to provide them." When it comes to court, the name "Swiss Estates" is well known. They lie to the point of absurdity when forced to speak, and until then, they avoid any response. It's impossible to have a civilized conversation with this company (is that why they change locations/headquarters every year?).
