Nuestras experiencias con Travelcoup siempre han sido excelentes. Es comprensible que los vuelos se pospongan o se desvíen, porque con el precio especial hay que llegar a fin de mes de alguna manera. Sería importante que mejoraras tu publicidad. Aquí en Ibiza prácticamente nadie te conoce. Todos los que hablo de ti están entusiasmados.

"Cuidado con Travelcoop: ¡absolutamente poco fiable!" Reservé un vuelo a Palma, que simplemente se pospuso un día dos días antes de la salida. Nadie estuvo disponible durante el fin de semana para resolver el problema. Ninguna compensación adecuada. Cuatro semanas después, ni siquiera recibí un reembolso por el precio del boleto: dejaron de responder los correos electrónicos por completo. Incluso he tenido que involucrar a un abogado. El servicio al cliente es peor que el de cualquier aerolínea económica. ¡Ausentarse!

The flight was delayed by over six hours the day before, for no apparent reason. According to Travelcoup, the reason was "unusual operational circumstances beyond our control." Despite an email inquiry (a month ago), I still haven't received a response. Their website advertises "first-class service," but paying customers are left waiting for hours, and customer inquiries aren't even answered. The one star is for the crew, who provided excellent service that day. The concept is great, but the execution is poor. I'll be flying business class with a conventional airline again.

Our flight was canceled twice, one day before departure. After several inquiries, the money was finally refunded weeks later. The second time, since July, we haven't received a refund at all, and still haven't! It's questionable whether this airline is even solvent or still exists. In any case, a huge disappointment and not recommended. It's a shame, the idea was good, but the execution is very questionable. Best to steer clear. A few weeks later: We were offered a free flight to Mallorca as compensation for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, no one has responded, even after two inquiries. It seems the free flight offer has been forgotten, or perhaps the airline no longer exists? It's a pity; it would have been a nice gesture. But this has definitely put us off flying with Travelcoup. This is not what luxury and comfort service should be!
