Parece que después de la respuesta inicial a mi solicitud de servicio y sesión remota, se confirmó que necesitaban reemplazar mi controlador, pero han pasado más de dos semanas y no hubo respuesta desde ese momento, ni siquiera información sobre lo que sigue. También dejé un mensaje en el buzón de voz y nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. editar Tres semanas después de mi primer contacto con el soporte de Juice, todavía no recibí respuesta en mi correo electrónico ni en mi llamada, pero afortunadamente recibí un nuevo controlador del mensajero. El nuevo controlador estuvo funcionando durante tres semanas y ahora parece que el nuevo comienza a mostrar los mismos síntomas que el anterior antes de finalizar.

Just got my Juice Booster 2 (EU set Inc extension!) less than an hour ago, and after unpacking everything it took me a few minutes to plug in my car and start charging, and understand all the functions!!! Really easy!! What's really impressive is the QUALITY!!! Unbelievable!! No pic of video review can really make justice for the quality of the product!!! Even the carry bag is of great quality! Only thing I would have wanted more? That would be that all dust caps come with a small cable, not to loose them!!!! Not much of a problem though, just take care!! Worth every penny!!!! And more!!!!!

I ordered something at the website. Then I cancelled the order and got a confirmation that it had been cancelled. After a few days, I got an email saying that my order had been dispatched. I contacted client service, and they told me it was their mistake, and they would cancel the shipment and refund my money. After a few days I tried to contact again about the refund and I got no answer. Tried again with same result. No money, no product. Thankfully, I had paid through PayPal and after almost 2 months and opening a dispute, I was able to get my money back from PayPal. PayPal didn't hear a word from the company about my issue. They might have good products, but a terrible customer service. Beware.
