¡Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable aquí durante la época navideña! La vista era maravillosa y muy soleada (el hotel estaba por encima de las nubes), lo que hacía que Interlaken y todo abajo estuvieran muy nublados. A nuestros hijos (de 2 y 4 años) les encantó la piscina y no les importaba en absoluto la temperatura del agua, para nosotros no hacía frío. También hay una sauna para calentarse dentro de la zona de la piscina si lo necesita. ¡Nuestra experiencia en el restaurante también fue increíble! La comida era realmente buena, el personal muy amable y los niños estaban muy contentos con el material de dibujo que tenía el restaurante. El desayuno también merece un comentario porque fue realmente bueno. Nuestros niños tienen mucha energía y no es fácil encontrar un buen hotel para quedarse con ellos. Pero tengo que decir que esta fue nuestra mejor estadía con los niños hasta ahora: a todos les encantó.
Fue una experiencia fantástica. Nos alojamos casi una semana a mediados de diciembre. Una vista desde las habitaciones era simplemente impresionante. ¿Estoy muerto y veo el paraíso? Las montañas frente al hotel, al otro lado de un lago, verlas cada mañana después de despertarse y luego en el desayuno, esperando que el sol cambie sus colores del azul profundo al dorado brillante... Es imposible describir con palabras este nivel de belleza. Y el personal estaba haciendo todo lo posible para que nos sintiéramos como en casa, e incluso mejor. La verdadera hospitalidad suiza combinada con el más alto nivel de servicio. Limpieza extrema. Comida deliciosa. En mi valoración personal, es el mejor hotel suizo de todos los tiempos. Muy recomendable.

We stayed here with my partner from 12–15 February, arriving via Zurich and driving about two hours to the hotel — already a scenic introduction to the region. We were lucky to receive a top-floor apartment facing both the lake and the mountains. The panoramic view alone feels like part of the experience, especially at sunrise and sunset. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and fully equipped — it genuinely felt more like a comfortable alpine home than a hotel room. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Although the hotel is rated four stars, the quality and variety were clearly closer to five-star standard. The restaurant also offers stunning mountain views, which makes even a simple morning coffee memorable. The spa area deserves special mention — it is far better than the photos suggest. The pool is large, and the wellness facilities include a bio sauna, steam sauna, Finnish sauna and cold plunge tub. Towels, slippers and bathrobes are all provided, making the whole experience very smooth and relaxing. Parking is extremely convenient in the private underground garage, with elevator access directly to the floors. The bar area is cozy and atmospheric in the evenings. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Nearby Interlaken is only a short drive away (with Lidl and Aldi available), while Grindelwald is about 45 minutes by car — perfect for skiing or sledding. A very useful bonus: the ski lift ticket also includes the local train transport. Overall: a relaxing mountain retreat with exceptional views, strong wellness facilities and comfort above its category. We would definitely return.
