I made two phone calls today. The first time, there was no callback from sales. The second time, I was told I have to fill out an online form; otherwise, they can't assign me a contact person for the products. It's good to know there are other suppliers.
Excellent support before and after the sale. Definitely the best when it comes to label printers and handheld scanners.
