Excelente ubicación y fácil de encontrar fuera de la autopista principal, para un descanso relajante después de un ajetreado día conduciendo, el hotel tiene hermosas vistas, excelentes habitaciones, buen estacionamiento, un restaurante increíble con comida fantástica, una deliciosa cerveza local y un delicioso desayuno también. Los jabones, geles y lociones del baño eran encantadores de usar. El personal fue muy servicial y me hizo sentir muy bienvenido. Sin duda me alojaría aquí de nuevo si estoy en la zona. Gracias. :)

At the reception area, there were homemade juice jars on a table and my 4 year old daughter wanted to have a glass of lemonade. I served her and then a rude member of staff appeared saying that “it’s not for you” and then took the jars away! The hotel location is good and rooms are okay if you can bear with the “unfriendly” and “unprofessional” staff.. ***Edit: You can take the hotel’s response below as a proof of the points made in my review ☺️

We planned our stay as a peacefull long Easter weekend. The junior suite was perfectly located facing the lake. The equipments were outstanding (rotating bed, bathtub on the balcony, Italian bathroom with real tropical rain forest shower and push button On/Off. Design and extremely well maintained hotel. Housekeeping well done! And smiling such as the entire staff. Special thanks to Pascal, Martina, and front desk crew.
