We've been waiting for over two months for a replacement part that was supposed to be delivered within five days. We've been given the runaround multiple times. A visit to a competitor and everything worked perfectly on the first try. Poor service. Not recommended.

Extremely disappointing service My wife went to FUST on Thursday to schedule an appointment: Technicians were supposed to come on Tuesday to take measurements for the new oven and cooktop. We were promised that someone would call on Monday to confirm the time. No call came, and no one came. On Wednesday, my wife called again – she was transferred several times, and an employee promised to call back. Today is Friday, and we are still waiting. We are very disappointed. If FUST makes a promise, then you should be able to rely on it – or better yet, not make any promises at all.
