Mi experiencia desde el momento en que contacté a Santiago, el rostro de Punto Hispano, fue obvia. Es un país donde nadie te va a dar nada gratis, pero él y su equipo hicieron mi llegada mucho más fácil y me aseguraron que no era una estafa en ningún momento. Cada miembro de su equipo tiene un rol específico y son 100% profesionales.
Mi experiencia fue excelente. Los encontré a través de una publicación en una cuenta de Instagram que sigo, donde ofrecían una habitación en Suiza. Santiago muy amablemente se comunicó conmigo y me envió fotos y videos de las habitaciones que tenían disponibles. Estas habitaciones, por cierto, están registradas, lo cual es muy importante si vienes a Suiza; Debes prestar mucha atención a esto, ya que no todas las habitaciones están registradas. Las habitaciones están muy bien comunicadas, con estaciones de tren, supermercados, farmacias y colegios cercanos. Están elegidos estratégicamente y el servicio de limpieza está incluido en el precio (algo muy importante para mí al compartir piso). Al principio no niego que fui un poco cauteloso, porque sé que en Suiza hay muchos fraudes. Pero algo muy importante a destacar es que cuentan con oficinas físicas. Fui personalmente a firmar el contrato y a una breve entrevista. Santiago muy amablemente nos explicó absolutamente todo sobre las habitaciones y otros servicios importantes que ofrecen. Ayudan con currículums, brindan clases de inglés y alemán (el alemán es esencial si vienes a Zurich), asesoramiento legal y más. Además de ser una empresa en la que puede confiar para cualquier pregunta que pueda tener, ayudándole a evitar errores costosos una vez que llegue a Suiza, es una empresa legítima y de buena reputación con un fuerte compromiso con el servicio al cliente. Es fundamental elegir sabiamente a su proveedor de asistencia porque, como mencioné, hay muchos estafadores por ahí. Por lo tanto, recomiendo esta empresa si está pensando en dar el paso, para no perder tiempo ni dinero en Suiza.

I'm very happy with them, and especially with Santi, who practically saved my life the day I arrived! I was stranded in Zurich with nowhere to sleep. I managed to get in touch with Santi, and he offered to pick me up personally in St. Gallen since he was working there and it was almost 10:00 PM. He showed me several options he had at that moment and took me to the room that suited me best. Besides the help he offered, he answered any questions I had immediately. He's a super reliable guy, and it's almost like he's available 24/7, haha. I've also been able to visit their offices, and everything is very efficient. I highly recommend them based on my experience, and I'm sure that if I need to do any kind of paperwork, I'll use both his help and that of his team!
