Si fuera posible no le daría ninguna estrella. Recibí un correo electrónico de Bigler Immobilien y quería firmar el contrato, pero luego me dijeron que no recibiría el apartamento, argumentando que no sería adecuado para el edificio debido a los niños y que es demasiado ruidoso... Muy poco profesional y simplemente en mal estado.
The apartment doesn't need to be cleaned. Bigler AG always finds a way to avoid returning the deposit. When I was leaving, they said I'd lost the key. We agreed to order a copy for 60-70 Fr. The bill for the lost key ended up being 1800 Fr!!! Until I complained, they didn't send the documents. Be careful!!!

We arranged an appointment to view the apartment, arrived at the property on time, and no one from the management showed up. When I inquired, they simply said that dogs weren't allowed, no apology, nothing at all.
