Rössli — Promenade 10, 3780 Gstaad, Switzerland

Pasé casi un mes en Posthotel Rössli con mi equipo y realmente me sentí como en casa. En la recepción, Mara, Per y Goska siempre estuvieron disponibles y fueron increíblemente pacientes con nuestras interminables (¡y a veces bastante inusuales!) solicitudes. Su amabilidad y profesionalidad hicieron que cada día fuera más fácil. El equipo del restaurante fue igual de maravilloso: Collin, con su calidez y gran sentido del humor; Laura, que aportaba un toque italiano y siempre nos hacía reír; Catia, que cada mañana nos recibía en el desayuno con una sonrisa, conociendo ya nuestros pedidos favoritos; y Víctor, quien se encargó de todos nuestros almuerzos con un servicio impecable. Juntos, crearon un equipo excepcional e impecable. Las habitaciones siempre estaban impecables y bien cuidadas, y la comida era deliciosa. ¡Terminé probando casi todo el menú! Recomiendo encarecidamente pasar por aquí, aunque sea sólo para cenar. No te arrepentirás. Y al estar justo en el paseo marítimo, era increíblemente conveniente llegar a todo en Gstaad. Este restaurante es simplemente el mejor que he visitado. El servicio es impecable, la comida está cuidadosamente elaborada y es maravillosamente creativa, y la carta de vinos es excepcional. No hay absolutamente nada que criticar.

We had an amazing stay here for 2 nights during the winter break. Room was spacious, restaurant was spot on with classic Swiss dish, and the people who works there were extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back and stay here again!

Stayed there for 1 night with my family of 2 kids (4y & 9y). Overall service was very good: from check-in to lunch & dinner. Food was also excellent. On the to-be-improved side: a little understaffed on the restaurant side and our room (117) was right above the kitchen so until 22:30 it was rather noisy in our bedroom, but didn’t bother the bunker bed room were stayed our kids.

A very disappointing experience. We booked the hotel with the city tax included, but at check-in the staff insisted that it was not included. After showing our confirmation, they finally agreed that it was already covered. However, they required a credit card as a guarantee and then used it the next day to charge the city tax anyway, without informing us or even waiting until check-out. This felt very unprofessional. At the end, they have returned it again. In addition, we were never informed about our right to receive the Gstaad Card, which provides free access to public transportation. Because of this, we ended up paying unnecessary extra costs. The facilities themselves were good, but the service was a catastrophe.
