Tuvimos la increíble oportunidad de alojarnos en el Palacio de Gstaad. Una auténtica leyenda de la industria del lujo europea. El hotel es simplemente mágico y realmente sientes que has entrado en tu propio pequeño cuento de hadas. Las habitaciones y espacios públicos están en las mejores condiciones y el spa ofrece un gran espacio para relajarse. Tuve un tratamiento con el equipo del SPA y nunca me sentí más relajada. La variedad de excelentes restaurantes ofrece algo para todos los gustos y le brinda la oportunidad de disfrutar de diferentes cocinas. Lo que hace que este lugar sea realmente especial son los miembros del personal. Todos tienen un cuidado genuino y se puede sentir la auténtica hospitalidad que vive cada uno de ellos. Después de poco tiempo te apetece volver a casa. El bienestar de los huéspedes es definitivamente la prioridad número uno. Era mi cumpleaños y ni siquiera lo mencionamos, pero nos recibieron con deseos de cumpleaños y mucha atención al detalle. ¡Gracias de nuevo por hacer que nuestra estancia sea inolvidable!
Era nuestra segunda visita a este hotel simplemente maravilloso, y ser un huésped que regresa hizo que todo fuera aún mejor. El personal nos conocía, la recepción recordaba nuestros gustos y todos se esforzaron aún más para hacernos sentir cómodos. El Palacio de Gstaad te hace sentir como en casa. Nos encanta.
Visité el hotel durante Navidad, la época de mayor actividad del año. Estoy muy contento con el lugar, el ambiente y especialmente el personal. Son realmente amigables y amables, especialmente Bixente e Ian Salati. El personal hará todo lo que esté a su alcance para satisfacer al cliente. Explica todo con paciencia y mucha comprensión. Un hotel verdaderamente único. Definitivamente estaré feliz de volver.
The Palace is the most mythical hotel in Switzerland and we understood why ! It’s like a daydream as the arrival at the castle is a fairytale ! The staff is over kind and professional, the restaurants delicious , the view on the mountains from both sides beautiful , the spa is just WOW and even the ski rental team is amazing ! Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been to. Thank you and see you soon
I truly love this place and deeply appreciate the team behind it. Le Grand has greatly enhanced the atmosphere and the cuisine. The service is consistently excellent, and they clearly uphold high standards at all times. The team genuinely strives to give their best—and let’s be honest, how many hotels can offer three restaurants, a lobby bar with live band performances, and an outstanding club? All of this is complemented by an engaging entertainment program and well-curated events throughout the year. With an on-site ski shop and wardrobe, elegant boutiques, and a hair salon, every detail is thoughtfully covered. That’s exactly why it’s called a Palace—always exciting! Thank you Gstaad Palace!
