La verdad es que no me he alojado en los apartamentos de Wengen pero me gustaría comentar sobre su servicio. A principios de este año estábamos planeando nuestro viaje a Suiza y pensamos en quedarnos en Wengen y buscamos alojamiento allí. Todo el personal de Wengen Apartment fue muy servicial y, a pesar de mis muchas consultas, fueron muy pacientes al ayudarme a seleccionar el mejor apartamento que se adaptaba a mis necesidades. Reservé una estadía con ellos y realicé un depósito. A principios de esta semana tuvimos un cambio en los planes de viaje y tuvimos que cancelar nuestras reservas, el personal nuevamente ayudó a procesar la cancelación rápidamente a pesar de que la solicité en Nochebuena, y ya en el Boxing Day hoy recibí el monto reembolsado en mi tarjeta de crédito. Esta es probablemente una de las mejores experiencias de reserva de alojamiento que he tenido. La próxima vez que vaya a Wengen, definitivamente volveré a reservar con Wengen Apartments.
Nos alojamos en el Chalet Bella Vista 1. Este apartamento fue maravilloso. Tenía todo lo que pudieras desear o necesitar. Excelente ubicación, hermosa vista, cerca de COOP para comprar comestibles. Estaba muy limpio y moderno. Nos alojamos allí y cogimos el tren y el teleférico a todos los lugares que queríamos visitar, muy fácil y cerca de la estación de tren. Tenía una lavadora y secadora que realmente nos ayudaron con la ropa en nuestro largo viaje.
Mi familia con 4 adultos disfrutó de nuestra estancia en Kinohaus 3 en Wengen. La ubicación era estupenda, pero un poco difícil de encontrar. Las instrucciones eran muy detalladas, pero estábamos agotados después de un día de viaje. El apartamento estaba limpio, listo a las 4 de la tarde y tenía una vista estupenda. Había detalles como una cocina completamente equipada, jabón para lavar platos y jabón para lavar ropa incluidos, lo cual fue un buen toque. Mi única queja fue que el patio no se limpió cuando entramos al apartamento. y las literas eran bastante ruidosas. Uno de nosotros terminó durmiendo en el sofá por eso. En general, me alojaría aquí de nuevo y probablemente elegiría un apartamento sin literas.
The service needs to be better. They weren’t clean about how to get on the building or where the apartment was located in the building. They also didn’t know about some of the electrical switches. It was clean and very nice with lots of room.
My husband and I stayed at the Chalet 7 Blumewag for 4 nights as part of our ten day Swiss tour. (May). It was my husband’s 60th. The stay at the Chalet was an absolute dream! Breath taking views of the mountains and valleys from the balcony, quiet atmosphere, well furnished rooms and had all the amenities. We were not in want of anything. The check in instructions were very clear and the team quickly respond to any queries or concerns. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The provision shops and the train station are within a walking distance. The trek from the Chalet is uphill so can be a bit difficult for some but there is a taxi service that can be ordered for transfer of luggage. You can just hike down the mountains to reach Laurerbrunnen! A huge thank you to Julie and Loraine for making everything seem so effortless. And a special thank you to Sarah who dropped in to check on the heating and was very very helpful :) We felt so much at home there and couldn’t hope for a more memorable place to stay!
Absolutely amazing experience and stay! Julie and her team are wonderful to work with! Every direction was clear and concise, super responsive and kind! The chalet itself was a dream. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, perfect location. The views were jaw dropping from every angle! We couldn't decide which room to take for ourselves as they all seemed like the "best view"! We stayed 4 nights in Wengen with our 3 children, and all of us agreed that we had some of the best sleeps of our lives here! The kitchen had everything you could need, laundry in the unit was appreciated and staying in Wengen was magical. A perfect base for exploring the area, safe, private, yet with all the amenities that you might need. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and look forward to returning as soon as we can! Julie, thank you again. What a special holiday for our family. We are home and still dreaming of that crisp mountain air and beautiful Wengen!
