El hotel está en un ambiente desagradable, las habitaciones están anticuadas, las alfombras están manchadas en los pasillos y habitaciones, el ascensor no tiene mantenimiento y hay que usar un ascensor de proveedor cuando hay basura dentro. El servicio al cliente es…
WiFi muy lento e incluso no puedo iniciar sesión. Sistema de check-in utilizando incorrectamente nuestro nombre como apellido. No nos dimos cuenta de que el edificio se combina con oficinas y habitaciones de hotel.
La propiedad se ve horrible y en mi opinión no es apropiada para vivir. La alfombra del pasillo está llena de manchas y muy sucia, también dentro de la habitación (puedes ver la foto que adjunto). El personal es muy grosero y desagradable. Además, el letrero indica que hay que ir al ascensor del proveedor: había basura adentro que olía mucho (situación realmente desagradable). ¡Realmente no es recomendable llegar allí! Hazte un favor y reserva otro lugar.
Our experience was nothing like some of the earlier bad ratings. We had a big and clean room, good value for money and process worked well. In addition to that we made a mistake in our booking and the friendly lady at the reception dealt with it with compassion and was professional. No complaints at all
Could not check in. Machine, right below sign that says 24/7 checkin, did not work and would not let us check in despite out reservation. It sent a message to call a phone number or contact reception. Upon calling the phone number, no one answered and the voice-mail was full so we couldn't leave a message. And there were no workers or a reception desk of any kind inside. Also nowhere to put our luggage if we did have to wait until the evening to check in. So we lost out on 220 francs that we can't get back. Save your money and choose a different hotel because you won't even get access to a room here.
We had a maid run in the room at 9:40 saying that we needed to leave because checkout is at 10. The checkout was ONLY THE NEXT DAY.... They woke us up for nothing, and made us unnecessarily upset. Couldn't get any more sleep, and the maid did NOT EVEN apologize when I showed her the reservation.. All she did was laugh and say "Ok" What a unprofessional experience.... 0/10. Never had this happen in any hotel...
