Mi correo electrónico fue pirateado. Escribí al soporte y Microsoft no hizo nada al respecto. Estoy esperando una semana y todavía no recibo soporte porque Microsoft no está haciendo su trabajo. Compré Minecraft con esta cuenta. Daría menos estrellas si fuera posible.

No pudieron resolver mi consulta y me dijeron que llamara a Microsoft Francia, se olvidaron de informarme que era un número CARGADO y tuve que pagar 44 chf por una llamada telefónica de 20 minutos, todo esto para no resolver mi problema.

Since Microsoft double charged me for a purchase by error, and the bank couldn't help me without a clearing code from Microsoft, I tried calling. Only French and German language offered, but I could see on the website where it was and that it was open. So I took the 45 minutes drive to them, only to find a paper note on a locked door stating Closed during covid. Why not put that on the website? I called again from the car, finally found someone who spoke English (barely) and got an arrogant lecture that my bank was wrong. I called the bank back and they alerted their special team. Will see if I get my money back. I have been here before, twice, invited for special events. Both times were a 2-3 star only. Microsoft as a company and their products would be 4 to 5 stars from me, but the Swiss office, sorry, that's a joke.
