Debería haber escuchado las malas críticas antes de comprar algo aquí. Compré un solo rollo de película que me vendieron con la caja abierta. Nunca he tenido problemas con la película, pero esta no tenía la película sobresaliendo, así que NO pude cargarla, era básicamente un rollo de película inutilizable. Volví a devolverlo y el dueño me llamó mentiroso y dijo que nunca le venderíamos algo así a nadie. Por favor, NO VAYAS AQUÍ, la dueña es increíblemente grosera y miserable y me levantó la voz, ni siquiera me escuchó.

I stopped in a few times today and have nothing but wonderful things to note about my experience here. The shop keeper was very kind and patient with me and my friend as we shopped. We found the prices of the souvenirs to be fairly price in direct comparison to many other shops that we’ve been to (in Grindelwald, Interlaken, Breinz, and Lauterbrunnen). We ended up returning a second time to buy a few more items before leaving town. Very nice shop. Very well organized. Kind shop keeper. Great selection.

extremely rude, almost thought the owner was joking she was so nasty, son was looking at cowbells to purchase since hapf of them were messed up and she came up, snatched it out of his hand. While my friend was checking out I sat down on a step outside and she tood us "this is a shoo, not a sitting place you have to move", then ran off another customer. Fun place to go for a laugh at how extreme she is but would not spend money there.
