Es la segunda vez que me alojo en el hotel Simmenhof. Personal amable y profesional. Habitaciones limpias y buenas instalaciones | Desayuno increíble. Definitivamente lo recomendaría y me alojaría allí de nuevo.
Nos alojamos en el Simmenhof en nuestra caminata por Via Alpina. El hotel está lo suficientemente lejos de Lenk como para que sea un inconveniente, aunque hay una parada de autobús justo enfrente del hotel y está a 25 minutos a pie de la ciudad. Está situado en una zona más agrícola, lo que significaba hermosas vistas del valle pero un notable olor a estiércol. El personal fue en su mayor parte acogedor y servicial. El espacio parecía anticuado pero era cómodo. Parecía que estaban renovando gradualmente todo el hotel, así que tal vez esto mejore. La cena de media pensión estuvo deliciosa.
Nos alojamos en este maravilloso hotel por dos noches durante el año nuevo 23/24 en la habitación número 211. Michael y su equipo fueron absolutamente magníficos. We booked a room for 2 without balcony for 2 nights. Room was pretty basic, with some smaller issues. However during the first night we were kept awake by a humming sound. Most horrible night ever in a hotel. We couldn't sleep not even with ear plugs. A friend of ours stayed in the room next to us, same experience. So we went to the reception an explained the situation. First reaction was that this is what you should expect when you book a cheaper room (with out balcony and mountain view). It took quite some effort to convince hotel management to offer us new rooms. During the rest of our stay they were pretty 'icecold'.
The staff were absolutely amazing and took great care of me and my team during our short visit. A massive thank you to Claudia, Alexandria, Sokratakis, and Saskia for their outstanding hospitality and attention
