I was treated unacceptably and confronted with racist remarks at the reception in Burgdorf. Because of my Turkish heritage, I was told that this wasn't the Turkish Bazaar because I only wanted more information about an excessively high electricity bill. I agree with the other reviews and believe that the staff's behavior should not be tolerated. A report might be appropriate to prevent such incidents in the future.

I must apologize for today's phone call to reception. Despite my frustration with the electricity bill, the lady remained completely professional and helped me resolve the issue. All vagrants, they sent me my gas bill. Effective November 22, these rip-off companies raised the gas price from 12.53 cents to 20.61 cents. Suddenly, I used 583 cubic meters in November, and they charged me the full surcharge, even though the 583 cubic meters were from previous months. This scam needs to be investigated immediately. I'm reporting this to the relevant authorities.
