No puedes imaginar la sensación de tomar una sopa de fideos durante una noche lluviosa de invierno... El pho que tengo está en punto🍜, la porción de carne y fideos está bastante bien, ¡El plato para compartir de pollo también es muy bueno! Gracias por la hospitalidad y la comida :) Lo recomiendo encarecidamente a cualquiera que visite Interlaken.

Muy buena cocina vietnamita/asiática. Interlaken tiene muchos buenos restaurantes indios, pero después de probar la comida india durante unos días queríamos probar algo diferente y Bub Brothers no nos decepcionó. Ubicado en un barrio agradable y pintoresco. La comida es muy buena dependiendo de lo que pidas. Probamos sopa de fideos, fideos con tofu, pollo con arroz. Las bebidas que pedimos también estaban bien. Pedimos chile a un lado para agregarlo a nuestro gusto. En general muy buena comida.

Gran servicio con sopa de fideos pho caliente para el frío invierno de Suiza. Como el ambiente informal de cafetería que sirve aperitivos, arroz frito y sopa de fideos con carne en rodajas finas con caldo limpio y de rico sabor. Nuestro hijo no se sentía muy bien, hizo un desastre y el personal fue muy servicial y comprensivo. ¡También sirven café caliente recién hecho! ¡Gracias! 😊

Amazing food, drinks, and service! We were really impressed. The dim sum was really good and the pork spring rolls were delicious, as well as the fried rice with chicken and beef. It’s clean in here and such a relaxing atmosphere. We loved it so much and felt compelled to leave a review!

Nice atmosphere and good food. A couple of the waitstaff seem a bit new to service but this is a new restaurant and I am sure that they will get the hang of it. We got 4 dishes, all were pretty good. Really enjoyed The TOFU and VIETNAMESE PICKLED CABBAGE in the Vermicelli noodles. We will definitely go back to try some more dishes. It’s nice to have a Vietnamese restaurant in the Interlaken area! Found this cozy restaurant when visiting Interlaken. We ordered spicy pho and spring roll, the tastes was really good. The environment is clean and bright, I would definitely visit it again, highly recommend!
