Dejé mi bicicleta por la mañana para arreglarla y la recogí de nuevo por la tarde. Descubrí que mi cadena estaba demasiado floja y la reajusté también sin cargo. El equipo realmente parece disfrutar el trabajo y lo demostró con una actitud realmente agradable y optimista. Altamente recomendado y prometo volver cuando mi cadena finalmente se agote 😅. (Además, nadie tuvo reparos en hablar inglés. ¡Muchas gracias!)
Kocher Bike me brindó asesoramiento experto cuando compré mi bicicleta. Pude probar varias bicicletas. Estoy muy contento con mi bicicleta eléctrica de 45 km/h.
Lamentablemente no quedé satisfecho con mi visita. Cuando compré mi bicicleta, me instalaron un asiento para niños diferente al acordado originalmente; el modelo instalado era de calidad significativamente inferior, pero aún así más caro de lo esperado. El servicio también fue decepcionante: no sólo fue considerablemente más caro que en otros talleres, sino que no se realizaron todos los trabajos solicitados. Por ejemplo, una manija suelta solo se apretó después de que pregunté específicamente al respecto cuando recogí la bicicleta. Según esta experiencia, no volveré a usar esta tienda en el futuro.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I took my bike in for servicing and I'm absolutely thrilled! It rides so much better than before – I have no idea how they did it, but it's so much fun! 🚴♀️✨ Everything was repaired perfectly, they even cleaned it, and the ride feels so much more comfortable now. The staff are super friendly, cheerful, and create a great atmosphere. They clearly have a real passion for bikes. Highly recommended – I'll definitely be back! 🙌🏼
