Normalmente no soy alguien que escriba reseñas, pero debido al excelente servicio y soporte que recibí con respecto a mi problema, quería compartir mi experiencia. El martes, mi módem falló y no tuve servicio de Internet ni de televisión. Esa noche (alrededor de las 9:30 p. m.), describí el problema usando el formulario de contacto en el sitio web y recibí una respuesta a la mañana siguiente (miércoles) informándome que mi módem sería reemplazado ese mismo día. De hecho, esto se hizo y un técnico muy amable reemplazó el módem y lo hizo funcionar nuevamente. Poco tiempo después pude volver a utilizar todos los servicios con normalidad. En otras palabras, mi problema se resolvió el miércoles por la noche y estoy extremadamente satisfecho con el servicio. También he sido un cliente muy satisfecho durante los últimos cinco años con respecto al servicio y los precios, y no tengo absolutamente nada negativo que decir. I've been a satisfied GAO internet customer for years. The price-performance ratio is excellent and absolutely competitive. I'm evaluating the internet service, and it's outstanding. Very stable and consistent, unlike the often "best effort" approach of the competition. If you pay for 250MB download speed here, that's what you get. As for customer service, I'm extremely happy with Mr. Dällenbach's support. He was always able to help me whenever something went wrong, and within a very short time – usually in less than 60 minutes! I feel very comfortable as a customer here and can recommend their services to everyone.

The price-performance ratio is okay. GAO has also become more modern lately and can more or less keep up with the competition in terms of technology. However, I must also say that customer service and communication in general are an absolute disaster. The probably only customer service representative is not only extremely rude and unfriendly, but also has absolutely no clue about the subject matter. She hovers the phone and fobs people off as quickly as possible without actually helping – at least that's how it seems to me. I hope that GAO will make more of an effort in this area in the future.

Terrible customer service. Mrs. Dällenbach can never provide any information, as Mr. Dällenbach handles everything. My mother-in-law, who is 94, needs to move into a nursing home, but the Dällenbach family insists on a three-month notice period, and even then, only until the end of the quarter. Very disappointing! No consideration for elderly people.
