A casa di Gianluca — Seestrasse 36, 8330 Pfäffikon, Switzerland

Un excelente restaurante italiano situado en el centro de Pfäffikon. La comida y las raciones son buenas (especialmente las bruschettas y pinsas). Sus otros platos son igual de excelentes o muy buenos como mínimo. El servicio es amable y bastante rápido. El lugar también abre los domingos, lo cual es muy conveniente. También es una buena idea reservar una mesa en las horas punta (como los viernes o fines de semana por la noche). Si estás en la zona, ¡es un lugar muy recomendable!

Increíble restaurante en una zona tranquila cerca del lago de pfäffikon. Fui allí con mi amigo por recomendación suya y quedé más que sorprendido por la noche. El personal es muy amable y la comida es increíble. Las bruschetta estaban muy crujientes y tenían un sabor increíble. El filete estaba increíblemente cocinado, perfecto a medio. Sin embargo, en mi opinión, agregaron mucha salsa sobre la carne, sería más apreciado si la das como salsa de acompañamiento. El gratinado de patatas estuvo excelente, aparentemente podría haber sido un poco más. Por último, pero no menos importante, el helado estuvo excelente y el limoncello gratis completó una velada fantástica. El precio es más que justo para la deliciosa comida que obtienes. Altamente recomendado y espero con ansias la próxima visita.

Simply put: the best Italian restaurant I have tried in Switzerland. If you live in Zurich do yourself a favor and come try this marvel. The food is poetry: quality of primary ingredients is the best you can find around and the best you would in Italy. The passion and research of Gianluca (chef) behind every dish is astonishing. You are not just eating, you are part of a story. Just ask Gianluca to tell it. Service: Gianluca is a living menu. Of course there is a written and all-comprehensive menu, but if you want to make the best of it, trust him. He matches your taste with the amazing wines he store (1600+). Knowledge is vast as it could be. When you enter you feel just right. A friendly, warm atmosphere will surround you and you will feel just at home. A casa! Location: 20 min drive from Zurich, in a cute and romantic pedestrian area. Following Michelin criteria, 3 stars: Totally worth an ad-hoc trip to the restaurant :)
