The most friendly and hospitable hotel staff ever! The rooms were comfy, the products in the bathroom really nice, and the snack box and tea on the house were a nice addition after a long bike ride. We could store our bikes safely and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.
Very nice hotel above the lake of Biel. This was our 2nd stay in the hotel de l'Ours. Very kind and personel hospitalisation. The room was again special. A good and interesting mixture between modern interieur in a traditional old building. The service was very personel, kind and warm-hearted.
