Las etiquetas con el precio están muy mal organizadas y a veces faltan. Compré un jugo que pensé que costaba X, ya que X era el precio en la etiqueta en la parte inferior del jugo, pero resultó que X era el precio de un poco de agua. Cuando me quejé educadamente, un miembro del personal fue muy grosero conmigo y me dijo que debería leer los precios... Le dije que debían poner las etiquetas de manera sensata. Personal muy grosero. Nunca volveré a ir allí.

I grew up in Richterswil and have been a customer at this Avec store for 20 years. The older employee with glasses snaps at customers and regularly makes nasty, unnecessary comments! She told me I shouldn't "close" the bread compartment, that it closes automatically, and shouted this angrily across the entire store! The same goes for the dark-haired colleague with glasses. I wanted to check the price of the charger, and then a small piece fell off the stand, so I couldn't put it back... he snapped at me: "Never do that again!"... Absolutely unacceptable. I handed him the charger and left. Dear Avec employees: the customer is king!!! Otherwise, find a job without people! You're driving away long-time customers – today was definitely my last visit!

A lovely, clean Avec supermarket right next to the train station in Richterswil. They offer fresh, regional products. Generous opening hours and parking in front of the store. Friendly staff.
