Sus truchas asalmonadas son legendarias, al igual que su 'rauchlachsforellenmousse', una receta casera que combina queso fresco y truchas asalmonadas ahumadas para obtener un resultado excepcional. En coche o en bicicleta, merece la pena hacer una parada cada vez que estés por la zona.

The best trout ever. Sustainably and fairly farmed in Switzerland. The advice in the shop is professional and knowledgeable. You won't find such fresh fish anywhere else. Lots of great preparation tips are included for free. Definitely worth trying.
I've been going there for years. It's a fish farm with trout and char from the flowing water of the Sattelberg mountain. Family-run for generations, they focus on quality and repeat customers. I'm one of them!
