También llevo años horneando mi propio pan e incluso hago mi propia masa madre. Puedes ver la diferencia inmediatamente; La masa madre es mucho más activa y aireada que las harinas estándar (incluso las orgánicas más caras) de los grandes minoristas, porque la harina Emmi todavía está viva y no ha sido tratada químicamente ni muerta. Es maravilloso conocer a dos propietarios tan apasionados que comparten su amor, ofrecen consejos y apoyo y venden productos fantásticos: ¡es un verdadero placer! Una vez, después de tres meses, una harina Graham en mi paquete estaba un poco más "viva" de lo habitual, pero puedes tamizarla fácilmente; No afecta la calidad en absoluto. ¡Gracias por su dedicación y los excelentes productos!

Si vas a comprar harina, cómprala a ti. 🙏🏼 Se nota inmediatamente la diferencia, incluso en el muesli. La calidad siempre ha tenido un precio. 😉 Llevo seis años horneando mi propio pan. Cuando muerdo otro pan, recuerdo lo afortunado que soy. 😄 Encontré polillas de la harina en una bolsa de 5 kg (8 granos), pero eso puede pasar. No es motivo para hablar mal de esta empresa. Y este era entre todos los kilos que estaban perfectamente bien. Como compro varios kilos a la vez, muchas veces incluso pasa la fecha de caducidad... no hay problema. Para nosotros siempre vale la pena el viaje. 😊 Excelente servicio, excelente tienda, maravillosa información. Siempre feliz de volver. 🤗

Flour moths in Kamut flour Unfortunately, I cannot agree with the positive feedback. After two phone calls and several emails, I am still waiting for Mr. Wüthrich to offer any assistance, even though all five packages of Kamut flour I ordered were infested with moths :-(( With a total price of almost €60 (€44.50 for the flour and €13.50 (!) for shipping), one would think there would be some flexibility. But sadly, no. It's a real shame, I would have really liked to try the flour – especially considering the numerous positive reviews. PS: I store my flour correctly (dry, cool, dark). I have other organic flours that were *not* infested, which suggests that the Wüthrich flours were infested from the start (-> we apparently disagree with Mr. Wüthrich on this point).

Fantastic flours that are all-natural and made with regional grain. I recently baked a loaf of bread using stone-milled wholemeal flour enriched with sourdough. These flours catapult you straight to culinary heaven. Finally, add a hearty Camembert or a nice slice of dried sausage to the bread, and bliss is complete 😋 …
