¡Qué ubicación tan única e impresionante! La cabaña es encantadora y súper acogedora. El confort es muy básico, como cabría esperar en las montañas, pero todo está impecable y resulta cálido y acogedor. Por la noche, la luz de las velas lo hace aún más acogedor. El director y el personal fueron extremadamente hospitalarios y la comida era buena. ¡Una experiencia de montaña verdaderamente memorable! Las vistas son increíbles, ¡toma una copa en la terraza!

Vienes aquí por las increíbles vistas, la increíble comida y la oportunidad de relajarte. Llegamos desde Wengen. Si bien es una buena subida, todo lo que hay aquí hace que valga la pena. Conoces a algunos excursionistas increíbles. Las habitaciones son rústicas pero muy limpias, tranquilas y cálidas. Ya estamos tratando de encontrar una manera de volver a visitarlo con más caminatas.

Un trozo especial de paraíso remoto. La intensa caminata allí hizo que la cena supiera aún mejor. Los mullidos edredones componían el baño compartido. No tener electricidad me hizo sentir como si hubiera retrocedido en el tiempo. La leche directamente de su vaca para el desayuno tenía un sabor delicioso. ¡Simplemente ve y experimenta esto y disfruta de las vistas!

An excellent experience! After a long and tiring hike, we were rewarded with stunning views, an outstanding dinner, and comfortable rooms. The duvets were hugely fluffy! Probably the best meal we had in Switzerland. Here's are 10 things to help you plan your trip: 1. Book in advance (by phone or email if it's off-season) 2. Pack light for an overnight. They do have rooms that include bedding. 3. Dinner is a set menu. Give advance notice of you have specific diet needs. 4. No shoes inside the sleeping areas. 5. No electricity! Bring a flashlight with you. 6. Bring slippers. The bathroom is shared by the entire floor. 7. No showers. Bring baby wipes. 8. No insulation in the walls. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. 9. Breakfast is simple. Bread and cheese made on site. 10. Cash only! They do take Euros if that's all you have. Leaving a small tip is polite. There are at least three main ways to get to the hotel. (There are more, but these are the most common routes) One Is the most direct trail from Stechelberg that goes up past the waterfall. It's also the roughest trail and least maintained. It's not much fun when wet. Two + leaves from the end of the gravel road in the valley below. This takes longer, however, it's a lovely approach with better views. One of these options is most direct and steep. It is well maintained, however. The other gives you a longer, more gradual approach with waterfall views.

Perfect spot to take a seat and a rest whilst hiking these awesome mountain ranges. Service is good, as is the food and drinks. From here you can prepare and rehydrate before pushing through to the oberhornsee! Which is a small but beautifull alpine lake.
