Un lugar magnífico para relajarse en pareja. El precio es bueno, puedes reservar fácilmente en línea y tienes 3 horas de privacidad. No te faltará nada. Ni siquiera necesitas traer nada contigo.
El spa es encantador, pero no volveremos a reservar en el futuro. Tuvimos que cancelar con poca antelación debido a una enfermedad. Desafortunadamente, el propietario no fue ni complaciente ni comprensivo, a pesar de que ya habíamos estado allí antes. Cuando surge un "problema", realmente se tiene una idea del servicio de una empresa. La política de cancelación establece claramente un aviso de 48 horas, pero la enfermedad no es una excepción. Holz100 nos ha perdido como clientes y no podemos recomendarlos porque la gente puede enfermarse. Nos quedamos con todos los gastos. ¡Qué vergüenza!
I booked the Holz100 Spa to give my wife some "child-free" relaxation time for her birthday as part of her surprise day out. And it was simply sensational, and she (we) were absolutely thrilled. This "wellness" apartment lets you forget the stresses of everyday life and recharge your batteries. We thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality wellness products, and the organic Prosecco was also fantastic, offering excellent value for money. We'd love to come back, even though it takes an hour to get there from Zurich, but it's definitely worth it. Top-notch!
The spa is lovely, but the customer service is unfortunately lacking. We won't be booking again! We had booked but couldn't keep our appointment due to illness. The contract states that cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance, but unfortunately, we didn't know I was going to be sick 48 hours beforehand. There was absolutely no willingness to accommodate us, no goodwill whatsoever. Even when we called, they reiterated the 48-hour rule. Therefore, we will not be booking this spa again in the future. It's a shame that they don't value their customers. The owner's response: "That's correct, I'm sorry I didn't get sick sooner." As if illness is something you can plan for?! Of course, we declined. What am I supposed to do the next day if I'm sick? They could have at least offered us an appointment when I was healthy again! Kind regards
