9/10 El personal es extremadamente amable y está orientado a soluciones. La comida era excelente, el precio es más caro, pero definitivamente vale la pena si puedes ahorrar dinero. Definitivamente puedo recomendarlo si estás de vacaciones durante el invierno.

¡Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! El hotel está muy bien organizado y el personal es amable y acogedor. Lo más destacado para nosotros fue sin duda la piscina y la comida. La piscina es estupenda tanto para adultos como para niños, y el hotel ofrece todo lo que pueda necesitar: albornoces, toallas e incluso zapatillas. También puedes reservar masajes y otros tratamientos de spa, lo cual es un extra encantador. El desayuno era delicioso, con muchas opciones dulces y saladas. Pero la verdadera sorpresa fue la cena: cada plato estaba maravillosamente preparado, con combinaciones creativas que nunca fueron comunes. Realmente satisfactorio de principio a fin. Recomendaríamos absolutamente este hotel y nos encantaría volver.

¡Perfecto para una escapada de fin de semana! El personal tanto de la recepción como del restaurante fue fantástico: amable, acogedor y profesional. Una gran selección de artículos de tocador y la cama era increíblemente cómoda. El desayuno buffet era decente, con la ventaja adicional de huevos hechos al momento. En general, ¡una estancia completamente agradable!

We spent 2 absolutely magical days at Stoos Wellness Hotel. The thing that stood out the most was the absolute graciousness of all the staff we met - from the wonderful man who picked us up at the Station, to the folks at the reception, the wait staff, the bartender and the spa staff. 100% of the people we met went over and above!! The spa area was also above our expectation - as was the excellent food! We did the half-board and the food and food area was clearly the product of people Whittaker pride in their work and understand the importance of using good high quality food. A fabulous 3 night stay at the Wellness Hotel. The most perfect, relaxing retreat to come back to after long walks and hikes along the ridge. The staff were exceptional and so incredibly attentive, each and every one, and we were looked after so well. The food at dinner and breakfast was outstanding (notably the salad buffet), and the waiting staff so friendly and polite A special mention and thank you to the super friendly bartender who we had nice chats with, and who made us feel so welcome in the bar area. We would most definitely recommend this hotel.
