Ayer compramos un nuevo adaptador de teléfono. Descubrimos que nos equivocamos. Hoy no tuvimos ningún problema en cambiarlo por el correcto. El personal fue muy servicial.
Fui aquí para pedir un nuevo iPhone y me dijeron que estaba agotado, lo cual está bien, pero lo que no está bien es que me dijeron que podré obtenerlo en 2 o 3 semanas, así que acepté, tal vez han pasado entre 5 y 6 semanas y todavía estoy esperando el teléfono, pero si dicen que el tiempo de espera real tal vez la gente no acepte esperar tanto, también estuve allí hace 3 semanas para pedir el teléfono y me dijeron que "el mío" es el siguiente en la fila para ser entregado, pero aún no se ha entregado después. 3 semanas lo que lo hace mentira. Todo lo demás estuvo bien, pero deja de decirle a la gente información falsa, tal vez alguien esté esperando que su producto haga su negocio y no pueda.

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. We were repeatedly given incorrect or incomplete information, which resulted in significant additional costs. When we signed the contract, we were assured that a mobile phone could be purchased later – but then we were suddenly told that this was no longer possible. Furthermore, we were promised that there would be no activation fee, but this was nevertheless charged at CHF 200. We were also given incorrect advice regarding the family subscriptions: We were told that family members only pay half the subscription price, without mentioning that an invitation via the Swisscom app is absolutely necessary. This would have meant that instead of CHF 40, we would have had to pay CHF 80. To clarify these discrepancies, we went back to the store. However, the responsible advisor was not there, and we were promised a callback. We have now been waiting for this callback for two weeks. Overall, there were several serious instances of misinformation with financial consequences. I expect transparency, reliability, and accurate information from a professional advisor – unfortunately, this was not the case here.
