Excelente hotel, personal absolutamente profesional y extremadamente servicial y muy educado. La recepción y la zona de desayuno son preciosas, la elección del desayuno es muy buena. Si eres fumador, tienen una preciosa sala para fumadores. Recomendaría este hotel al 100%.

Sólo una palabra: ¡guau! Para este rango de precios, el hotel está increíblemente bien situado en una excelente ubicación. Las opciones de desayuno eran fantásticas, con muchas opciones para vegetarianos también. El personal es increíble y habla un inglés excelente, lo que facilitó la comunicación y ayudó a garantizar una estancia tranquila. Me encantó todo el hotel, especialmente las vistas desde mi balcón.

Wonderful hotel and the front desk is super friendly too! Loved their breakfast! It’s literally my best meal of the day! Rooms are spacious and warm, and it’s close to shops. Prices on the weekend are discounted too, so that’s a bonus. You will enter the hotel through a lift, and there are 2 entrances to get to the lift.

They just renovated the hotel and the rooms are nice and clean. I’ve stayed a few times for business. It’s also very close to the train station. And a short train ride into Zürich

This hotel is NOT a bargain, they are charging just for the location,. Hotel Illuster in Uster, Switzerland is a clean, modern place with comfortable rooms and a good location. My room was nicely furnished and generally pleasant—except for the temperature. It was surprisingly warm, and here's the kicker: when the hotel says it’s “temperature-controlled,” that does not mean air-conditioned. Important distinction! I found it a bit curious that every staff member mentioned they’re “installing AC soon, but it’s delayed.” Maybe it’s true, maybe it’s the Swiss version of “mañana.” Either way, if you’re staying during warm weather, pack light pajamas and maybe a small desk fan just to be safe. Overall, a decent stay, but a cool breeze would have made it much cooler—literally.
