¡Muy mal servicio administrativo! Dos veces en solo 6 meses siguen poniendo en mi factura el costo de una vacuna regular para bebés que recibió mi bebé en el médico. No parecen entender que las vacunas para bebés las pagan ellos. Obtener un reembolso o una corrección de la factura es un proceso tan agotador que simplemente lo envían entre varios departamentos sin un contacto personal. Todavía estoy intentando obtener un reembolso/crédito por la factura que me cobraron incorrectamente en diciembre. ¡Ponte al día con tus propias políticas y aprende a emitir facturas correctas!

Quisiera aprovechar esta oportunidad para agradecer al Sr. León Noël Sierra (asesor de clientes). Tuve un problema prolongado y un rechazo con respecto a un ajuste en mi contrato SWICA. Después de que le expliqué mi situación, él, como asesor de clientes, me defendió y finalmente consiguió el ajuste. Tomó en serio mi caso y mi solicitud y actuó en mi mejor interés, investigando por qué se me negó algo a lo que tenía derecho. Incluso me informó por teléfono de la decisión positiva. Es maravilloso que todavía haya asesores que realmente están ahí para el cliente y no se limitan a contestar el teléfono para estar disponibles.

Unfortunately, the service is extremely incompetent. For seven months now, no employee has been able to process my requests correctly. There are outstanding invoices that SWICA should be covering (initial prenatal check-up), yet I have to chase after each and every one. It's absolutely incomprehensible that apparently no one takes the time to carefully review the documents, but instead, applications are rejected hastily and without proper clarification. This is not what I expect from a reliable health insurance company. And after all my efforts over seven months, I haven't even received an apology for their mistake and the inconvenience and stress I, as the actual customer, have experienced. Not even worth a single star.

It's certainly not the cheapest health insurance provider, but the benefits are good. I've been with SWICA since birth and have never had a problem. You can call and receive competent and quick advice. What I also really appreciate are the Swiss-German-speaking customer service staff, which isn't a given these days. Plus, the new bonus program is awesome!
