Traiter avec l'ambassade américaine n'était pas une tâche facile. Heureusement, une dame très gentille et serviable était là pour nous aider. Comme nous ne parlions pas allemand, c'était difficile mais son anglais était très bon et elle a fait tout ce qu'elle pouvait pour nous aider. Merci beaucoup.
