Très mauvaise expérience avec le personnel Je ne recommanderais pas
Personnel sympa et emplacement idéal. J'ai eu un problème avec mes fixations de snowboard louées et ils les ont échangées sans aucun problème. Le personnel parlait anglais et allemand.
Lors de nos dernières vacances en Suisse, nous avons oublié notre matériel et avons dû louer des skis chez Brunni Rental. Les prix étaient raisonnables et le personnel était incroyablement sympathique. Nous avons été très satisfaits du service.
Unfriendly, unmotivated. Skis are not adjusted, children's shoes are handed out in the wrong sizes.
We arrived around 11:30 AM and had booked half a day of equipment for 12:00 PM. However, the system charged us for the whole day. The saleswoman said that's just how the system works. I think that's a complete rip-off. Next time, I'd rather walk a bit further and go to a different rental place.
