Nous avons passé un fantastique séjour d'une nuit dans ce charmant petit hôtel avec des touches du passé. Son atmosphère calme favorise la détente et la gentillesse du personnel est super accueillante. La nourriture est certainement d'un niveau supérieur, savamment préparée à partir d'excellents produits faits maison ou locaux et très savoureuse. Merci pour ce séjour agréable !

Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est agréable à séjourner et la patronne est très sympathique. Mais il y a deux choses qui doivent être améliorées. Le lit est trop haut et le côté du lit est en bois fin, le tissu qui recouvre le bois est cassé, ce qui fait mal à la peau. …
The staff give this hotel a homey feel with their kindness. It’s an adorable building with gorgeous dining areas. Their breakfast is fantastic and they really do what they can to help you feel at home. It’s also great walking distance to the gondola and down to the water. Thank you for having us!
From the moment you walk in, you're hit with a complete sense of being welcomed and at peace. The staff is without a doubt the most positive, hard working and helpful you'll ever meet. This hotel near Lake Lucerne will make you feel more at home than your own house. The staff are constantly making sure things are topped off and at the most convenient level for you. It really seems as though they genuinely care about your comfort and enjoyment. I have been to many hotels across the globe and this one has been the best in every sense. The rooms are clean and well kept, what stands out the most though is the outstanding service and hospitality. The food is also sheerly spectacular. The best hotel-food I've ever been privileged to have. I highly encourage you experience this place for yourself.
What a beautiful place and the service was exceptional. The staff is so accommodating. The dinners and breakfast each day were incredible. 15 day trip that started in Ireland, went through Germany and Austria and this was probably our favorite of all the places we visited. Hope to make it back someday.
