J'ai sauté au milieu du ski pour me reposer seul. Je n’aurais pas pu avoir un accueil plus chaleureux. Le thé et le beignet plus chauds en hiver étaient tous deux délicieux. La dame qui m'a servi (cheveux fins et blonds) avait le plus grand sourire et était si gentille de me faire sentir chez moi. Bon schoen!
Nous avons donc mangé ici uniquement, je le mentionne car mon avis porte sur la nourriture et le restaurant plutôt que sur l'hôtel lui-même. Nous sommes venus ici en juillet et nous avons donc mangé dehors. Nous avions une jolie table donnant sur la vue spectaculaire sur le lac et …
En faisant une pause après le ski à Klewenalp, ma famille et moi nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant. La commande a été très rapide, car nous n’avons pas eu à faire la queue ; nous venons de scanner un code QR pour obtenir le menu sur notre téléphone. La nourriture était bonne et comportait une portion importante que je n'ai malheureusement pas pu terminer, et le service était EXCELLENT. Nous avons été accueillis avec une telle gentillesse et une telle chaleur, exactement ce dont vous avez besoin au milieu d'une journée de ski froide et fatigante.
Great experience staying a weekend in this lovely ski in ski out refuge. We did not use all facilities, but the food, the breakfast and especially the staff are great. Expect a simple but clean and well kept place to stay, but it still is and hast the charm of a mountain refuge.
The service was one of a kind. Fun atmosphere, great staff, excellent service. I visited in the summer off season and was so happy with the experience. Play the ski shit game! Hugo! You have to ask for the super berry shot!
Wonderful little mountain hotel nestled in an amazing place with breathtaking views. Perfect for families. The owners are so welcoming and attentive. Kids are cared for. Rooms simple but comfy and impeccably clean. The food amazing mountain fare. A must stay for anyone visiting the region. Thank you for making our minibreak so lovely.
