La station du téléphérique est facile d'accès car très proche de la route nationale. Il dispose de nombreuses places de parking. Le parking coûte 5 CHF pour toute la journée. Le bâtiment du téléphérique est vieux et le téléphérique part toutes les 20 minutes. C'est très rapide et on atteint le sommet en moins de 10 minutes
Interaction amicale et utile avec les personnes en fauteuil roulant. Mon pass pour compagnon a été accepté sans aucun problème et l'un des membres de notre groupe, dont l'anniversaire était célébré, a même bénéficié d'un trajet gratuit. Nous avons été très satisfaits 👍…
Je trouve formidable que l'AG et les cartes journalières CFF soient valables aux CFF. Cependant, ce qui est inacceptable, c'est que rien n'indique nulle part qu'il faut acheter un billet à la billetterie pour accéder à la télécabine. Cela signifie que vous devez faire la queue pendant 30 minutes pour la télécabine, puis faire demi-tour et attendre encore 20 minutes à la billetterie pour obtenir votre billet... Cela doit être amélioré au plus vite, car de nombreux visiteurs ont vécu la même expérience.
There was a very rude employee at the cable car counter. Even after repeating our "order" for the three toboggan tickets and sleds three times, the man still couldn't understand us and had to get another colleague and make a phone call. After that, we had to pay some amount for something (?). We pointed out to him that this amount was completely incorrect and that we didn't have all the tickets. He was annoyed with us and said "we should state clearly what we wanted," even though we had already told him four times what kind of tickets we needed. In the end, we were at that counter for 20 minutes and lost time. We were also not told that almost all the toboggan runs were closed. The overview board for all the slopes/trails also didn't indicate that any of them were closed. We feel like we were ripped off for these tickets and sleds. Also, the incident with the marmots is absolutely unacceptable. Putting profit above the lives of (marmot) animals is simply disgusting. Instead of relocating them (which wouldn't really be okay either), killing an entire marmot family is just horrible.
We certainly won't use this ride anymore. Killing the marmots because they weren't willing to find another solution is a disgrace. We don't support such businesses! No one should visit this ride anymore, and the operators should be thrown out.
For many years, the railway operators have known that the marmot enclosure is too small. Since they were too lazy to secure funding for a new enclosure, the entire marmot family has now been shot and disposed of. Absolutely unacceptable. You could beg to save the railway, but not for living creatures! Shame on you.
