Après avoir visité les magnifiques chutes de Giessbach, nous nous sommes arrêtés dans ce restaurant près du funiculaire et c'était le moyen idéal pour conclure la visite. L'emplacement est absolument magnifique, avec une vue sur le lac de Brienz et le bruit de la cascade en arrière-plan. La nourriture était vraiment du veau et des pommes de terre bien commandés, ils étaient frais, bien présentés et satisfaisants. Le service était également excellent : chaleureux, attentionné et efficace. Je le recommande vivement si vous êtes dans la région. Super endroit pour se détendre, admirer la vue et savourer un repas de qualité après avoir exploré les chutes.
Si vous êtes intéressé par une vue magnifique, c'est l'endroit où aller. Il y a un bel espace extérieur pour s'asseoir et profiter de tout ce que la nature a à offrir. Nous y sommes allés en automne, il faisait un peu froid et nous avons choisi de nous asseoir à l’intérieur, mais un jour de printemps, c’est un endroit agréable pour s’asseoir et manger.
Outre une vue à couper le souffle, ce restaurant propose des repas sains et très savoureux à base d'ingrédients cultivés dans leur propre cour.
The. most gorgeous lunch spot I have ever seen! Staff was very friendly and even willing to take our photo. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous and is covered from the sun. The lake views are spectacular. The food was some of the best we had on our two week trip. It is on the pricy side but SO worth it, in my opinion! We even got a little surprise dessert to celebrate our anniversary ❤️
Staff, food, drink, and the gorgeous views- all outstanding! Easy to get to from the Interlaken Ost ferry terminal (about 1 hr ride), then up/down on the funicular (pay online or on site), or walk, visit the different stages of the Giessbach falls. Though a bit spendy, we felt it was truly worth it!
The bald guy is so disrespectful and rude for no reason!!!! When I told him my issue with the food being too bland and cold in a very calm and respectful way he was talking back to me in a very sarcastic way literally looked at his colleague making mockery faces mid conversation!!!!!! My table had 6 ppl and they all saw that, the audacity… Never in my life experienced something like this, kindergartners don’t even do that
