Répond à mon besoin d’une expérience de magasinage Costco-esque. Bon assortiment de produits et bons prix. Le rayon viande est immense et on peut toujours trouver de bonnes affaires. Les employés sont également très sympathiques.

Mixed experience. Most things are more expensive vs standard supermarket (e.g. coop). Even if you buy in large quantities e.g. 5kg basmati rice (Thai) in Denner I bought for 13chf, at Aligro (identical/same brand) ~25 CHF. Aligro also does not have much of bio/eco options: it has some different meat options vs coop/migros e.g. rabbit, duck etc., but it won’t be good price ;). Not worth extra trip/drive.

Great place with lot of fresh products from salad, fish and many other products. Its place where you can save in most cases if you buy larger amounts. Fresh fish is delivered Tuesday

I am truly shocked by the level of unprofessional customer care what they are providing! On the 30th of August I bought two grills, for a total amount of CHF 1040.- both of the grills are showing a functional failure! After pluging them in, both are able to work an hour or so, but then suddenly they stop providing any heat, as soon as they cooled down, they start to reheat themselves again! I just began to tell to the lady, from the "non-food department" what the problems is, when without listening, she asked me what do i own, a take away?! I told she I own Foodtrucks! (still don't know how this is relevant) she told me "i thought so" and accused me right away, that the problem is probably with the electric supply of my Foodtrucks! - all my Foodtrucks are "SINA" proved, so I don't think so!... the story goes on, at the end I was sent away and told; if I want them to do anything with the damaged goods, they sold me, I should clean them first properly! During our discussion, I heard not once any of the employees to apologize or sympathize for the inconveniences, but I was basically called a gypsy because I operate Foodtrucks, accused and sent away! They even called every Aligro in Zürich Kanton and neighborhood, that they are supposed to send me away as well! Aligro Spreitenbach, even tho the call from Aligro Brütisellen, listened, apologized and tried to sorted out the problem, they took both grills back in and sent them to reparation! Way to go Aligro Brütisellen!
