Mon expérience avec mon appartement : Le cadre de la porte d'entrée de l'appartement était installé de travers, ce qui a provoqué la fermeture de la porte d'elle-même. Sur toutes les portes intérieures, les vis des charnières étaient si mal vissées que le placage de la surface de la porte se déformait, voire se fissura. Les portes et les cadres de portes complets ont été remplacés sans problème par des installateurs sympathiques, mais cela a été assez compliqué pour moi et Frank Türen. Je suis satisfait de la qualité de fabrication des portes elles-mêmes. Il est dommage que l'on fasse autant d'économies en faisant appel à des installateurs externes pour les travaux d'assemblage. Et puis, bien entendu, aucune inspection n’est effectuée comme l’entreprise l’attend. Ou qu'ils espèrent simplement que le client ne remarquera pas les erreurs. Malheureusement, de telles expériences laissent une mauvaise impression aux clients.

Je ne peux absolument pas confirmer les critiques négatives ! J'ai une nouvelle porte d'entrée avec biométrie veineuse de Frank Doors et j'en suis très satisfait. La nature amicale et toujours serviable de tous ceux avec qui j'ai eu affaire chez Frank Doors jusqu'à présent est également quelque chose que l'on ne trouve pas souvent... Je trouve la force d'innovation de cette entreprise louable et j'ai hâte de voir ce que Frank Doors proposera d'autre à l'avenir. Continuez comme ça!

Dear Frank people; there's no point in getting you a new, clean Google account. Word has already spread about your reputation ;-) "Attention: humorous entrepreneurs starting up. Greetings from Central Switzerland." What an excellent title for a real-life documentary on Swiss television. It must have come about during Carnival season, with the help of 34 liters of beer, the funny idea of testing customers to see how far they can go. So absurd that it can't be serious. Or can it? The job was to repair an interior door. The hinges had to be adjusted. It took less than 10 minutes. Net. But what I gather from the report must have come from another construction site. Or another planet. The location of the minor repair is Lucerne. The company headquarters is in Buochs. 10 minutes drive time, 12 kilometers away. For normal people. People from Central Switzerland might calculate differently. The route will be important later ;-) Position 1. 5/4 hours for 10 minutes of work. Even with the best Bordeaux, I wouldn't think of charging an extra hour. It was around lunchtime. Maybe this is part of it. No, that can't be right. Yes! Item 2. Administration; CHF 40. I ask. Frank says it's for recording my name and address. Silence. I'm speechless. I have a very simple name. I ask again; QUOTE "...that's because the order is being handled so well." I have everything in writing via email, otherwise I wouldn't believe it myself. So, as a customer of a door company, I pay CHF 40 so they can record my name and address correctly. Like at a lawyer's. Only without the coffee and without a tie ;-) Onward; Item 3. And here you have to take a closer look. Kilometer 42, at CHF 2.30 per kilometer. I looked out. The mechanic, who did a great job and was super punctual, didn't show up in a Lamborghini or a McLaren. But perhaps the glass of beer from Carnival night was simply the starting point for the brilliant idea of testing customers. I'll probably never know. But of course, I'll never pay such a bill either. It's a shame that companies still allow themselves such exploits today, in 2018. Word will get around. The wheat will be separated from the chaff, and the honest and sustainable businesspeople will be able to survive. And only they. Such blunders never led to success. What a pity.
