J'ai commandé de la raclette pour 40 personnes. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et m'a donné d'excellents conseils. Elle m'a même proposé de trancher et de mettre sous vide tous les restes de fromage. De plus, vous obtenez le appareil à raclette gratuitement si vous y achetez du fromage. Quel service incroyable ! Une variété de produits locaux, certains faits maison. Délicieux. Un peu plus cher que le supermarché discount du coin, mais les produits valent vraiment leur prix. Les yaourts sont également disponibles dans des pots en verre réutilisables et respectueux de l'environnement. C'est généralement en libre-service et vous payez vous-même. Le propriétaire est toujours très sympathique, gentil et serviable. Vous pouvez également commander de jolis et délicieux paniers cadeaux par téléphone.

Incredible scene! I'm writing this because I truly believe that people make a store; they are its heart and soul! And this is simply unacceptable! I was driving from the back of the dairy, and at the exit onto the main road, the road was blocked because a delivery van was unloading cargo for the dairy. We waited for more than five minutes until the unloading was finished and the driver moved the van that was blocking the road. The driver was super nice and friendly, but as he drove off and I continued on to turn onto the main road, a man from the store was waiting for me on the corner and seemed to want to say something. To be honest, I thought he was just politely waving me off for waiting. He then told me it would be nicer if I reversed down the street so the delivery van driver could turn around and not reverse into the main road (!!!!) First of all, the driver didn't even ask for it, and secondly, there's plenty of room for him to reverse, as there's ample space in front of the dairy...in any case, reversing wasn't even an option! This is absolutely unbelievable and so infuriating and so...not okay! He could have simply said nothing, but if he felt the need to, he could have at least thanked me briefly for waiting and not complaining! Unbelievable...

The raclette cheese is very good, and the Chälenbach fondue mix is my favorite 💕 spicy and delicious! The self-service shop is small but nice, with very good products and a large selection for such a small restaurant. We always enjoy coming back! …

A beautiful and delicious selection of fine dairy products, including the sensationally good "Amselspitz" yogurt 😋. The self-checkout is easy and straightforward to use. An innovative and great idea with the self-service store. Big compliments to the Niederberger family.
