Iris Seeholzer a dispensé une formation téléphonique véritablement professionnelle à notre équipe pendant deux après-midi. Il a été adapté à nos besoins et exigences, avec de nombreux exemples concrets qui peuvent être directement mis en œuvre dans les affaires quotidiennes. L’équipe en a énormément bénéficié et se sent beaucoup plus confiante dans ses opérations quotidiennes après la formation. Je le recommande vivement – merci beaucoup.

The instructor provided good examples and exercises in addition to the theory. The teaching materials are also a good summary in case you forget something.
The seminar was inspiring and personal. I could be completely myself – without prejudice, with genuine team dynamics. The instructor was approachable, part of the team, and contributed a great deal with their experience. A particular highlight was the excellent preparation and the precise tailoring to our company. All in all, a fantastic experience – 5 stars!
