En fait, je n'ai pas séjourné dans des appartements à Wengen mais j'aimerais vraiment commenter leur service. Plus tôt cette année, nous planifiions notre voyage en Suisse et pensions rester à Wengen et avons recherché des logements là-bas. Le personnel de Wengen Apartment était très serviable et, malgré mes nombreuses questions, a été très patient pour m'aider à sélectionner le meilleur appartement qui correspondait à mes besoins. J'ai réservé un séjour chez eux et déposé un acompte. Un peu plus tôt cette semaine, nous avons changé nos projets de voyage et avons dû annuler nos réservations. Le personnel a de nouveau aidé à traiter l'annulation rapidement, même si je l'avais demandé la veille de Noël, et déjà le lendemain de Noël, j'ai reçu le montant remboursé sur ma carte de crédit. C’est probablement l’une des meilleures expériences de réservation d’hébergement que j’ai jamais vécues. La prochaine fois que j'irai à Wengen, je réserverai à nouveau avec Wengen Apartments.
Nous avons séjourné au Chalet Bella Vista 1. Cet appartement était magnifique. Il y avait tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir envie ou besoin. Très bien situé, belle vue, proche de la COOP pour l'épicerie. C'était très propre et moderne. Nous y sommes restés et avons pris le train et les téléphériques pour nous rendre dans tous les endroits que nous voulions visiter, très faciles et proches de la gare. Il y avait un lave-linge et un sèche-linge, ce qui nous a vraiment aidé à faire la lessive lors de notre long voyage.
Ma famille avec 4 adultes a apprécié notre séjour au Kinohaus 3 à Wengen. L'emplacement était génial, mais un peu difficile à trouver. Les indications étaient très détaillées, mais nous étions épuisés après une journée de voyage. L'appartement était propre, prêt à 16 heures et offrait une vue magnifique. Il y avait des détails comme une cuisine bien équipée, du savon à vaisselle et du savon à lessive inclus, ce qui était une délicate attention. Mon seul reproche, c'est que la terrasse n'était pas nettoyée lorsque nous sommes entrés dans l'appartement. et les lits superposés étaient assez bruyants. L'un de nous a fini par dormir sur le canapé à cause de cela. Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais et choisirais probablement un appartement sans lits superposés.
The service needs to be better. They weren’t clean about how to get on the building or where the apartment was located in the building. They also didn’t know about some of the electrical switches. It was clean and very nice with lots of room.
My husband and I stayed at the Chalet 7 Blumewag for 4 nights as part of our ten day Swiss tour. (May). It was my husband’s 60th. The stay at the Chalet was an absolute dream! Breath taking views of the mountains and valleys from the balcony, quiet atmosphere, well furnished rooms and had all the amenities. We were not in want of anything. The check in instructions were very clear and the team quickly respond to any queries or concerns. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The provision shops and the train station are within a walking distance. The trek from the Chalet is uphill so can be a bit difficult for some but there is a taxi service that can be ordered for transfer of luggage. You can just hike down the mountains to reach Laurerbrunnen! A huge thank you to Julie and Loraine for making everything seem so effortless. And a special thank you to Sarah who dropped in to check on the heating and was very very helpful :) We felt so much at home there and couldn’t hope for a more memorable place to stay!
Absolutely amazing experience and stay! Julie and her team are wonderful to work with! Every direction was clear and concise, super responsive and kind! The chalet itself was a dream. Spotlessly clean, well appointed, perfect location. The views were jaw dropping from every angle! We couldn't decide which room to take for ourselves as they all seemed like the "best view"! We stayed 4 nights in Wengen with our 3 children, and all of us agreed that we had some of the best sleeps of our lives here! The kitchen had everything you could need, laundry in the unit was appreciated and staying in Wengen was magical. A perfect base for exploring the area, safe, private, yet with all the amenities that you might need. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and look forward to returning as soon as we can! Julie, thank you again. What a special holiday for our family. We are home and still dreaming of that crisp mountain air and beautiful Wengen!
